I decided to pursue seminary training as a professional counselor after my wife and I served two years as missionaries in Arequipa, Peru, to prevent the trafficking of children. I now employ my insights as a husband, father of four, high school teacher, school administrator, missionary, and clinical supervisor to serve the needs and goals of my counseling clients. I love your goals. I will help you craft meaningful goals. Your goals are why we meet and provide the measure of our progress in counseling.

I am Christian licensed professional counselor, which is to say I am trained in clinical mental health practice and I hold a Christian, biblical worldview. I see my clients as people made in God's image, worthy of dignity, respect, and love. My clients are Christian and non-Christian. I respect the diverse beliefs and values of all my clients, and I integrate faith and spirituality into counseling in accordance with the code of ethics of my profession.
